Scope of Services
WP Mechanics offers WordPress maintenance services, which include but are not limited to software updates, security monitoring, backup and restoration, performance optimization, and technical support. We strive to maintain the highest level of service quality and availability, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Payment and Fees
WP Mechanics charges a recurring monthly fee for our services, which is based on the plan you select. Payment is due in advance of the month in which services will be rendered. If payment is not received, WP Mechanics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Account Ownership and Access
You retain ownership of all content and data hosted on your WordPress website. You grant WP Mechanics access to your website for the purpose of providing maintenance services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Content and Use Restrictions
You may not use our services for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You are solely responsible for the content and data on your website and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. WP Mechanics reserves the right to remove any content or data that violates these terms or is deemed objectionable by us.
Limitation of Liability
WP Mechanics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding month. WP Mechanics shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your website or data, regardless of the cause.
Disclaimer of Warranties
WP Mechanics provides our services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Termination and Suspension
You may terminate your account with WP Mechanics at any time by providing written notice. WP Mechanics reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or non-payment of fees.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nuevo León, Mexico. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in García, Nuevo León, Mexico.
Changes to the Terms of Service
WP Mechanics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
